II. General information on data processing
1. Scope and purpose of data processing
As a matter of principle, we process your personal data only as far as this is necessary for the provision of our offer. Beyond that, we only process personal data if you actively provide it to us, e.g. by filling out forms or sending e-mails and inquiries.
When you use our website, we only collect the personal data that your browser transmits to our server. When you call up the website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary for us to enable you to visit the website and to ensure stability and security:
IP address (temporary)
Date and time of use of the website
Internet address (URL) accessed
Browser type
Date, time and content of an error message
We also evaluate the above data for statistical purposes. A personal evaluation does not take place.
2. Legal basis for data processing
The storage of the above-mentioned personal data in log files is based on Article 6 (1) sentence 1 lit. f) DSGVO. It serves to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, the data serves us to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. For these purposes, our legitimate interest in data processing lies in Art. 6 (1) lit. f) DSGVO.
We only pass on personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing or for billing purposes (legal basis for the transfer in this case is Art. 6 (1) lit. b) DSGVO) or if you have previously given your explicit consent (legal basis for the transfer in this case is Art. 6 (1) lit. a) DSGVO) or if we are legally obliged to do so.
3. Data deletion and storage period
The temporary storage of your IP address is necessary to enable delivery of the website to your end device. For this purpose, the user's IP address must remain stored for the duration of the session. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose for which it was collected. In the case of the collection of data for the provision of the website, this is done when the respective session has ended. In the case of storage of data in log files, this is done after no more than 7 days. Storage beyond this period is possible; in this case, the IP addresses are deleted or alienated, so that an assignment of the accessing client is no longer possible.
4. Data security
We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that the data collected in connection with the use of the services provided by us is protected against loss, incorrect modification or unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously revised in line with technological developments and adapted accordingly.
