November 17, 2022 / CAPCELLENCE acquires German market leader for customized cold storage cells and container room modules
The CAPCELLENCE team is pleased to announce the closing of the transaction with the NARR Group, one of the leading solution providers for cold rooms and modular container storage systems used in the food, bakery and pharmaceutical industries as well as for humanitarian and civilian applications.
CAPCELLENCE is entering into a 75.1% entrepreneurial partnership with the Narr family and the NARR Group in order to reach the next level of growth and gradually accompany the succession.
We would like to thank the managing partners, Mr. Armin and Mr. Uwe Narr, for the trust they have placed in us. We would also like to thank all NARR Group employees involved, all advisors and other stakeholders in the transaction for their consistently open, professional and constructive cooperation.
