Your role
As a fully-fledged team member, you will work with us on current deals. You will interact with employees at all hierarchical levels with backgrounds in top strategy consultancies, investment banking and international private equity funds. You will support the investment team in the areas of commercial due diligence, strategy, financial modeling and portfolio optimization. In detail:
- Company analyses and valuations, financial modeling
- Qualitative and quantitative market and company research
- Independent work on potential acquisitions on the buyside, project presentations of new deals
- Active participation in the project teams for the preparation of investment decisions
- Support in projects for the further development of our partner companies at a strategic level
- Organizational support in day-to-day business
Your profile
You have already achieved outstanding results, were able to impress with your diverse qualifications and meet the following requirements:
- Studying at least in the 5th semester of your Bachelor's degree or preferably already in the Master's degree program
- Degree in economics or a clear affinity for economic topics, ideally in the areas of corporate finance, controlling or accounting
- Relevant experience through successfully completed internships in strategy/transaction consulting, M&A, private equity, as well as advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Outstanding school and academic achievements
